TPx’s Call Center Client is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application for call center agents and supervisors.  As a hosted application launched directly from a web browser, there is no need to distribute the client software or upgrade the users’ desktops.

The Call Center application is tightly integrated with TPx’s hosted communications services. All the elements combine to provide a Call Center solution in which the functionality is exposed through a compact and concise user interface. Features include:

  • Fully featured automatic call distribution (ACD) and automated attendant
  • Robust agent selection queuing algorithms
  • Configurable call processing policies
  • Queue priority routing
  • On demand and bulk call recording options
  • Database integration (Outlook, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol [LDAP])
