Virtual Fax
The Outbound History menu of the Virtual Fax admin portal displays a list of all faxes your users have sent.
The Inbound History menu of the Virtual Fax admin portal displays a list of all faxes received by all users.
You’ll receive an email from TPx with your assigned username and a temporary password.
Log in to the admin portal at https://fax.tpx.net/faxadmin, then click Internal Users on the left menu.
Use this process to export a list of all Virtual Fax users for your company. The exported list includes all of the users’ properties, except for their passwords.
With the Virtual Fax admin portal, you can bulk upload a list of users to either create new accounts or update existing users’ information.
Use this process to change the assigned profile for two or more Virtual Fax users. To change the profile for a single user, see Edit a Virtual Fax User.

As your company’s administrator, you can use the Virtual Fax admin portal to create new Virtual Fax user accounts. Each user requires a unique email address (for username and fax routing) and can be associated with a single Virtual Fax line/phone number. (Contact TPx if you need more Virtual Fax lines/phone numbers assigned for use in Virtual Fax.)
The Internal Users menu of the Virtual Fax admin portal enables company administrators to manage their list of Virtual Fax users. Note that this list of users is unique to Virtual Fax; it may be different from your list of users for other TPx services.
This process will test your Incoming Routing Table by sending some simulated incoming fax property values through it.
