Routing Rules on the Virtual Fax Incoming Routing Table
Log in to the Virtual Fax admin portal at https://fax.tpx.net/faxadmin, then click Incoming Routing Table on the left menu.
Add Default Rule to Virtual Fax Incoming Routing Table
There can be only one Default rule on the Incoming Routing Table. This rule routes the faxes to an administrator if all other routing rules fail.
Directory Lookup for the Virtual Fax
A Directory Lookup rule matches inbound fax properties against the values on a user’s account. This type of rule is typically used to match the DID number on an inbound fax against the “Fax” number configured for a user.
Add Direct Rule to Virtual Fax Incoming Routing Table
A Direct rule is helpful if you have multiple users that could send outbound faxes on a shared number, but you only want to allow one of those users to receive inbound faxes.

Viewing Faxes in the Virtual Fax Web Portal
To view a fax in the Virtual Fax portal, simply click on that fax's entry in the Inbound History or Outbound History.
