Identity/Device Profiles and Endpoints

Identity/Device Profiles

Use the Identity/Device Profiles page to add, modify, or remove identity/device profiles in the group.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
2. Click Resources on the left menu.
3. On the Resources page, click Identity/Device Profiles.
4. Enter the search criteria to find a specific user, then click Search. Alternatively, to pull a complete list of all users, leave the search criteria fields blank and click Search.

Identity/Devices Endpoints

Use the Identity/Devices Endpoints page to list the identity/device endpoints assigned in the group.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
2. Click Resources on the left menu.
3. On the Resources page, click Identity/Device Endpoints.
4. Enter the search criteria to find a specific user, then click Search. Alternatively, to pull a complete list of all users, leave the search criteria fields blank and click Search.
