Office Zones

Office Zones remove the dependency between Location-based Calling Restriction and Roaming.

NOTE: This feature is not configurable in the UCx Web Portal. Contact TPx Customer Care for assistance.

To view any office zones assigned to your group:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
  2. Click Resources on the left menu.
  3. On the Resources page, click Office Zones in the Configuration column.
