Selective Call Acceptance

Selective Call Acceptance allows you to accept calls only from the numbers of your choice. When you receive a call from a phone number that is not included in your Selective Call Acceptance list, the caller will hear an announcement that you are presently not accepting calls from their number.

Selective Call Rejection

Selective Call Rejection allows you to reject calls from the numbers of your choice. When you receive a call from a number on your Selective Call Rejection list, the caller will hear an announcement that you are presently not accepting calls.

Priority Alert

Priority Alert rings your phone with a different ringtone based on pre-defined criteria. Use this service if you want to know when a specific person calls, or when you would like to easily tell when a call is from inside your group or outside your group. The criteria for each Priority Alert entry can be a list of up to 12 phone numbers or digit patterns and specified time schedules.

Pre-Alerting Announcement

Pre-Alerting Announcement allows you to specify an audio or video announcement to be played to your callers, before the call is actually connected, for specific calls matching your pre-defined criteria.

Custom Ringback

Custom Ringback allows you to customize the ringback to be played to your callers - in other words, the sound your callers hear before you answer.

Call Forwarding Selective

Call Forwarding Selective allows you allows you to forward calls from specified phone numbers to another number of your choice (such as your mobile phone, administrative assistant, or home phone).

Call Me Now

Call Me Now is a "reverse click-to-dial" service. Someone can call you by clicking on a link and entering their own phone number on a web page. This immediately initiates a call to the caller's number. When the caller answers that call, it initiates a call to you.

Automatic Hold/Retrieve

Automatic Hold/Retrieve provides an alternate method to hold and retrieve calls. When this feature is active, you can automatically hold and retrieve incoming calls without having to use feature access codes. Specifically:

Simultaneous Ring

Simultaneous Ring allows you to specify a set of phone numbers to ring in addition to your primary phone when you receive a call. This feature is helpful for those times when you are not at your desk and want to receive inbound calls at an another number such as your mobile phone. You can turn off simultaneous ringing when you are at your desk.

Sequential Ring

Sequential Ring allows you to sequentially ring up to 5 locations (in addition to your base location or primary phone number) for a specified number of rings. This enables the service to “find” you if you commonly work in multiple locations or use secondary devices.
