- Configure Call Center Settings
To configure various aspects of the Call Center application, use the Settings link at the top right-hand side of the main page.
To return to the main interface, click the Back To Application link.
NOTE: Do not use the internet browser’s Back button to return to the main interface.
NOTE: Depending on your system configuration, some settings may not be available.
The Settings menu contains several tabs: General, Application, Services, Plug-Ins, Messaging, Report & About.
