The Custom Contact Directories feature of the UCx Web Portal allows an administrator to modify an existing custom contact directory.
WARNING: There are many consequences to making this type of change. Please contact TPx before you make any changes.
To view your custom contact directories:
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
- Click Utilities on the left menu.
- On the Utilities page, click Custom Contact Directories in the Basic column.
