Inventory Report

The Inventory Report reports on your group’s phone numbers, devices, services, users, and departments.

To generate an Inventory Report:

  1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your admin credentials.
  2. Click Utilities on the left menu, then click Inventory Report in the Basic column.
  3. The Inventory Report page opens.

  4. Check one or more of the Report Generation Criteria boxes for data to be included in the report.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Click OK to generate the report.
  7. The report will be emailed to you as a CSV file.
