As a customer of TPx’s UCx or iPBX service, you have the power to customize and configure your own services. By self-managing your service, you can quickly take care of many changes without having to contact TPx Customer Care (although we are always ready to help if you need it!).
The Group Administrator can make many service/feature changes, including:
