Registrations

NOTE: You cannot make any changes to this information. Contact your administrator for assistance.

The Registrations page of the UCx Web Portal displays all of your static and dynamic registrations.

To view your current registrations:

  1. Log in to the UCx Web Portal at ucx.telepacific.com.
  2. Click Utilities on the left-hand menu.
  3. On the Utilities page, click the Registrations link.
  4. The Registrations page opens and displays your current settings.

  5. When finished, click OK to return to the Utilities menu.

The following table explains the key fields on this page:

Item Description
Endpoint Type The SIP device or virtual user endpoint at which the service is deployed. Valid types include Primary, Video Add On, and Shared Call Appearance.
Line/Port The line, port number or SIP address of the endpoint location. This information is dependent on the identity/device profile’s type.
Identity/Device Profile Name Your assigned Identity/Device Profile in the system.
URI The Universal Resource Indicator (URI) identifying the device. Both static and dynamic registrations are possible, depending on the device profile.
Expiration The registration expiry date, for dynamic registrations.
Lockout Started If your device has been locked out due to a SIP authentication failure, the lockout start time is displayed.
Lockout Expires For a temporary lockout, this is the time when the lockout expires.
Lockout Count If your device has been temporarily locked out, this is the number of temporary lockouts. If the lockout is permanent, Permanent is displayed here.
