Anywhere Number Lookup

Group administrators can use the Anywhere Number Lookup tool in the UCx Web Portal to verify if a phone number is used as an Anywhere location in the group.

1. Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
2. Click Utilities on the left menu.
3. On the Utilities page, click BroadWorks Anywhere Number Lookup in the Basic column.
4. The BroadWorks Anywhere Number Lookup page opens.
   
5. Enter the phone number in the text box and click Find.
6. If the number is used as an Anywhere location in the group, information on the associated user is displayed. Click Edit to access the user’s Profile menu page.
7. When finished, click OK to exit the Anywhere Number Lookup page.
