Group administrators can use the Anywhere Number Lookup tool in the UCx Web Portal to verify if a phone number is used as an Anywhere location in the group.
- Log in to ucx.telepacific.com with your group admin credentials.
- Click Utilities on the left menu.
- On the Utilities page, click BroadWorks Anywhere Number Lookup in the Basic column.
- The BroadWorks Anywhere Number Lookup page opens.
- Enter the phone number in the text box and click Find.
- If the number is used as an Anywhere location in the group, information on the associated user is displayed. Click Edit to access the user’s Profile menu page.
- When finished, click OK to exit the Anywhere Number Lookup page.
